Meinungen Hotel Caserio in Playa del Inglés

We stayed here from 13th until 26th January 2017. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant is varied and good but we had to guess at what some of it was, as the only clue is a picture of the animal! We had some lovely cocktails and sangria at the bar. We were pleasantly surprised that the wifi was free both in the rooms and all the hotel, but it was a bit intermittent. Also there were lots of German tv channels, but only two English, and even they got frozen at times. But nowhere is perfect, and overall this hotel is lovely. We will be coming back to stay here again.

Fantastic location. Easy to get to the San Agustín Beach on the ocean side and get to places around the village. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Thanks!

hemos estado alojados desde el 15 de mayo hasta el 21 del mismo mes de 2017, es un hotel que para las prestaciones de 4 estrellas le viene grande en servicios, en cuanto al personal, les viene chico, todo el personal se merece un 10, amables, serviciales, eficaces, eficientes, auténticos profesionales. Puntos negativos, el cliente de TI, a mi opinión no tiene ventajas, refrescos de grifo, ginebras, dos marcas, licor de chocolate, marca blanca, no tienen un vaso decente para servir un whisky, el bar abre a las once de la mañana, el horario de comedor, como en todos los hoteles, a expensas del turismo extranjero, que pena!!!!, la comida de sabor bueno, pero muy repetitiva, la música de ambiente, por favor, mas variada y un par de puntos menos en cuanto al volumen, que de ser relajante, se pasa a estresante. Puntos positivos, el personal de servicio excelente, hamacas y camas balinesas excelentes, solarium excelente, limpieza, en general, excelente, en definitiva recomiendo este hotel por el personal de servicios, el personal de dirección "a ponerse las pilas". Gracias a aquell@s que me hicieron la estancia muy feliz.

Felejthetetlen napokat töltöttünk itt, a tetőterasz, a medence, az étterem, a szoba csodálatos, a személyzet barátságos, kitűnő munkát végez. Az étterem fantasztikus, az étel szuper. A part közel van. Köszönjük.
